I created this 28 day program because for years I struggled with sugar and processed food addiction. I drank too much wine and knew every coffee drive thru in my sales territory.

I was often bloated, fatigued, cranky and just plain un-energized and irritable.

My belly always looked like I was 5 months pregnant – and I wasn’t!  

I had to make a commitment to myself to start making some changes.  I wanted to make life long changes. And I did!  I jumpstarted my journey to better health by committing to change, learning about food, exercise, positive mindset and so much more.
